We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Michael B Kirksey. This policy applies to physical merchandise purchased through michaelbkirksey.com.
Returns
We accept returns of eligible physical merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received. Items should also be returned in their original packaging when applicable. Proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. If we made an error with your order, please contact us so we can provide appropriate return instructions.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of the refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or replacement item, please contact us through michaelbkirksey.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can review the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

- Digital downloads or downloadable music/media after delivery or download
- Items specifically marked as final sale
- Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
